![]() ![]() We also have a backup canon Mx472, same thing though for that we actually have to take the cartridges out of the printer to refill them. Takes longer to rinse the syringe out than it does to refill the ink. I don't even have to take the cartridges out of the printer except for once to open the holes after that I just squirt a syringe in them where they sit, cover up the cartridge hole with a tiny bit of duct tape, close the cartridge cover, printer cover and boom. (I bought two at the time and ran one till dead, then the other.) We have only purchased 2 liters of black ink (about $80 bulk price!! per liter) for that time frame. ![]() I have had two canon pixma mx410 that have been running for 10 years with replacement ink. ![]() Hi all! It's about time for an updated request/answers if anyone knows of the newest ink-refill friendly printers. ![]()
